Number Tracing & Ten Frame Board

Our multifunctional number tracing & ten frame board offers both writing practice and value comprehension. Can be used with play dough, nature findings, and more. 

Two styles to choose from for a limited time.
Our 10 frame style has 10 holes for wooden balls. Our 9 Frame with 0 value has 9 holes for wooden balls and a 0 engraved for the value of zero. Fits 1/2", 3/4" wooden balls and papoose wool balls.

RECOMMENDED AGE 5+ DUE TO BALL SIZE. REMOVE AND USE WITH TRACING ONLY FOR 3+. REMOVE BOTH STYLUS AND BALLS FOR FUN AT ANY AGE.

 For a child who is younger (under 4/5) we suggest removing the balls and stylus and using the board on its own. Using play dough, natural materials, the child's finger to trace and other loose parts with the board will help the child explore numbers before being ready to read or write. You can even use the board for crayon rubbing.

For the child who is learning to read and write (over 4/5), you can use flashcards or letter cards to write the number, have the child practise drawing the number with the stylus, and explore the value of a number with the ten frame and wooden balls. Of course, a child over 4/5 can also participate in the activities above for younger children too.
