Ten Frame

The Ten Frame is a classic educational tool to teach mathematical skills and develop number sense over time. Number sense or "subitizing" is the ability to view a number of objects and recognize the value instantly without counting. 

By playing with the visual of numbers and manipulating the values by adding and subtracting balls, the child is developing a basic understanding of math in a fun and hands-on way.

Includes frame and twelve 1/2" wooden balls. Photos show additional Modern Rascals Products. Replacement wooden balls can be purchased separately. Alternatively, Ten Frame shown with Papoose 1.5cm Felt Wool Balls.
