Please note that Instagram and Facebook aren't fantastic customer service channels. It can be difficult as we don't have a way to link your Instagram handle or Facebook name to your order/customer record, and if we aren't following you back your message will get filtered and we may not see it in a timely fashion. Instagram and Facebook don't allow us to search by context so if I forget your username (because it isn't attached to the data we have on your order!) I may have difficulty finding your message again.
